Return

• We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

• If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

We do not accept exchange services at this time.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

About the Return Fee

• If you receive a defective, damaged ,or incorrect item, we pay return shipping costs and will issue a full refund.

• If the return is for personal reasons, such as unwanted, choosing the wrong color, choosing the wrong size, etc., we do not pay return shipping costs and will not refund the original shipping cost.

Refunds

When will I receive my refund?

• Alazyhome offers refunds only for the original method of payment used to place the order.

• Refunds will be made within 7 business days from the date your order is received at Alazyhome's warehouse. Please note that it may take up to 5 more business days for the refund to show up in your account after it has been processed.

Alazyhome is not responsible for any return packages that may be lost or stolen during shipping. When returning a package, please retain your proof of postage and/or return tracking number. When requesting a return, please contact us first.
